We are sole proprietors operating under Florida law. All services provided comply with applicable Florida statutes and regulations.

Identification Requirements
All clients must present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID at the time of service.
Client Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their documents prior to notarization.
Fees & Payment
- All fees are due at the time of service.
- We accept cash, credit card, Venmo, and Zelle.
- Travel fees may apply depending on mileage.
- We do not require deposits.
- We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Scheduling & Availability
- Services are available 7 days a week, 7 AM – 7PM.
- Same-day services are available when possible. While a couple of days’ notice is preferred, it is not always required.
- We have never turned down a service request, subject to compliance with applicable laws and availability.
Liability
A limited liability clause applies to:
- The client’s responsibility for document accuracy.
- Our scope being restricted to notarial services (no legal advice).
Service Requests
The most commonly requested services include powers of attorney and health care surrogate documents. However, we notarize a wide range of legally acceptable documents as permitted under Florida law.
Insurance & Bonding
We are fully bonded and insured for your protection and peace of mind.
